Unused Gift Budget
If we don't use your entire gift budget, no worries! Any unused funds will be returned to you once your gift has been purchased.
Returns and Exchanges
Because each gift is selected specifically for your recipient, after you approve the gift concept, all purchases are considered final. Oh, That's Perfect does not process returns or exchanges once approved items have been purchased. For gifts involving sizing, such as clothing or shoes, you'll have the opportunity to confirm the size, color and other details before purchasing. If you'd rather avoid items that may need to be exchanged, just let me know . I'm happy to choose gift options that don't involve sizing.
Changes and Cancellations
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or make changes to your gift request, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the Personalized Gift Concierge Fee has been paid, it is non-refundable. Once approved gift items have been purchased, those purchases are also considered final. Any remaining unspent portion of your gift budget will be returned to you.
